Outside Sales Representative

Lifting Gear Hire Corp seeks an Outside Sales Representative to grow rental revenue for hoisting, rigging, jacking, and lifting equipment across an assigned territory. You will prospect and visit industrial, construction, and infrastructure customers, identify lifting and rigging needs, and recommend safe, cost-effective rental solutions. Responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, preparing quotes, negotiating terms, and partnering with operations and technical teams to ensure safe, on-time delivery. This field-based role requires frequent customer site visits, adherence to LGH’s safety-first culture, and the ability to build long-term, service-driven relationships.
