Job Description
Rising Tide is looking for a full-time prep cook. Responsibilities include making salads, sandwiches, and hot bar items by preparing fresh ingredients – washing, chopping, portioning, and storing produce and proteins. Following recipes and portion guidelines to maintain consistency and minimize food waste. Working efficiently, with a sense of urgency, cleanliness, and safety in mind. Prep Cook may also have kitchen closing responsibilities.
This is a Full-Time position (30-40 hours weekly) - one weekend shift is required Starting wage is $17-19/hour
