Production Floor Lead

Insight Global is seeking a Production Floor Lead for a fast-paced 3PL and warehouse operations client. This candidate will take ownership of daily floor operations, leading a team of 10-15 associates in pick, pack, and shipping functions. The ideal candidate is hands-on, comfortable using RF scanners and WMS systems, and experienced in shipping to major retailers such as Walmart, Macy's, and Amazon. This role requires strong leadership, the ability to multitask across divisions, and a proactive mindset to train and develop team members. Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, 3PL, or pick & pack environment
Experience leading or supervising teams of 10-15 employees
Hands-on experience with RF scanners and inventory systems
Experience using WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
Ability to create and manage orders using scanner and/or laptop
Experience shipping to major retailers (Walmart, Macy's, Amazon, etc.)
Strong leadership skills and ability to oversee floor operations


Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience supporting multiple warehouse divisions
Background working with retail distribution channels
Experience training or promoting team members internally
Familiarity with high-volume fulfillment environments
