Position Overview Primary Care Physician – Margate, FL We are a physician‑led, mission‑driven primary care organization with a proven record of transforming the care of the most vulnerable populations. Compensation & Benefits Salary: $250,000+ base Incentive Bonus: up to $20,000 in year 1, increasing as you become a partner Signing Bonus: up to $50,000 Partner Path: No buy‑in; typically achieved within 12–18 months; 65% of physicians become partners after one year Paid Time Off: 33 days 401(k): 5.5% match $3,500 + one week of clinic offers Health, dental, vision, and supplemental benefits for provider and family Work Schedule & Patient Care Monday‑Friday, clinic hours 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (last patient scheduled at 4:15 p.m.) 100% outpatient; no nights or weekends Maximum patient panel: 450 patients (small panel for focused care) Administrative time included in schedule Transportation provided to patients at no charge Dedicated care team of medical assistant, scheduler, and referral specialist Patient Population Seniors with 3–5 chronic diseases.
