And find satisfaction in doing your part to make the world a better place.**Become a maker of possible with us!**## Key Responsibilities### Supplier Quality Management* Perform Supplier Quality Risk Assessments and Classifications.* Prepare, negotiate, and implement Quality Assurance Agreements based on supplier risk classification.* Define requirements for Receiving Inspections and participate in the sample approval process with Supply Chain and R&D.* Analyze and evaluate supplier quality performance and contribute to supplier performance evaluations with Procurement.* Assess and handle supplier change requests.* Perform and manage Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) activities in collaboration with Procurement and R&D to ensure supplier readiness and compliance with BD specifications.* Manage sorting activities related to supplier quality rejects.* Maintain compliance on Supplier Quality activities for all sourced suppliers.### ### Audit & Compliance* Participate in supplier audits in accordance with ISO 9001.* Follow up on non-conformities and CAPAs related to quality processes.### ### Documentation & Controls* Support document control processes including issue, approval, review, and retention of quality-related documents.* Ensure outsourced services are executed per internal procedures.### ### Training & Awareness* Promote quality awareness across teams and ensure adherence to BD’s Quality Management principles.## ## Required Qualifications* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a technical field.* Minimum of 3 years of experience in a regulated environment.* Proven experience with problem-solving methods (CAPA, 8D, 5W, Ishikawa).* Experience with auditing techniques and supplier management.* Willingness to travel internationally.## ## Desirable Skills* Fluent in German and English (written and verbal).* Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).* Familiarity with measurement equipment and inspection tools.**Click on apply if this sounds like you!**At BD, we prioritize on-site collaboration because we believe it fosters creativity, innovation, and effective problem-solving, which are essential in the fast-paced healthcare industry.
