AdvantageCare Rehabilitation is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) for weekend coverage at Holy Redeemer Lafayette in the Fox Chase area of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

This is a great opportunity for a PT who wants to supplement their income, maintain a flexible work schedule, or stay clinically active without taking on another full-time or weekday commitment.

As a Physical Therapist at Holy Redeemer Lafayette, you'll work with an adult and geriatric population in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment, helping residents improve mobility, regain independence, and achieve meaningful functional goals.

Your clinical responsibilities may include:

• Conducting comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans
• Providing skilled PT interventions focused on strength, balance, mobility, endurance, and functional independence
• Assessing and treating gait abnormalities, fall risks, and functional mobility limitations
• Implementing therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training
• Supporting residents recovering from surgery, illness, injury, or hospitalization
• Providing patient, family, and caregiver education on mobility, safety, and home exercise programs
• Collaborating with OT, SLP, nursing, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
• Completing timely and accurate evaluations, treatment documentation, progress notes, and discharge recommendations

Your experience with post-acute rehabilitation, functional mobility, orthopedic recovery, neurological rehabilitation, and medically complex patients can make an immediate difference.

Newer PTs with a strong clinical foundation and an interest in skilled nursing rehabilitation are also encouraged to apply.

What We're Looking For

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure prior to employment
• Strong clinical evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation skills
• Ability to provide skilled physical therapy services independently within professional standards
• Experience working with adult or geriatric populations preferred
• Skilled nursing, post-acute care, or long-term care experience is a plus
• Strong communication, time management, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
• Availability to provide PRN weekend coverage
• A compassionate, patient-first approach to rehabilitation
