Must-Have:
Must have critical care experience within the last 12 months.
Pediatric experience is preferred but not required.
Open to being trained in pediatrics.


Description:
This position requires RRT credentialing and a valid WA license.
The role involves working with patients in a Level 1 Trauma environment.
Experience with adult trauma, burns, and neurologically complicated cases is necessary.
The patient population includes those with tracheostomies and spinal cord injuries.
Clinicians should expect to manage complex sleep disordered breathing patients.
Skills required include monitoring, ventilator management, and oxygen therapy.
The daily responsibilities include providing care to patients in various intensive care units.
Experience with adult ICU patients and trauma patients is essential.
Weekend shifts are required, every other weekend.
This position supports a busy emergency department with ECLS transfers.
The facility utilizes EPIC for charting.
All staff are required to wear solid color scrubs, with options provided by the facility.
The facility has interdisciplinary support from various specialty teams.
Candidates must be available to work all scheduled shifts without accommodation for scheduling requests outside of approved time off.
This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, primarily focused on trauma, neuro, burn, and medical cases.
