We provide excellent benefits such as medical, dental, vision ++ a fun company to work!Client in Boston, MA that is in need of a Workday Project Manager.Responsibilities:Lead Project Management workstream on Workday implementation projectSupport creation of workplans for large complex global engagements, owning risk, budget, resources, and client relationshipResearch and resolve day to day Workday Project Management issuesWork with client to support new requirementsCreate Workday configurations based on requirement changesProvide support for legal and regulatory reportsProvide support for year-end reporting and other year-end activities in WorkdayIdentify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirementsArchitect Workday HCM solutions to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigatedAdvise clients on industry standards and leading practicesDemonstrate design options using prototypingDemonstrate strong stakeholder management to achieve project objectivesSupport innovation through the creation of new industry leading methods and assets.Primary Skills: Bachelor’s degree or 12 years of work experience, Workday Partner certification, 3 years of Workday Project Management Implementations
