Inventory Associate

Job Description:

Looking for an organized, detail-oriented contractor to manage the Staples inventory being sold from Amazon warehouses:
- Record PO adjustments for our 3rd party provider
- Record inventory movements between 3rd party provider and Amazon warehouses
- Reconcile inventory between the 3rd party and Amazon systems and Staples inventory system
- Monitor Amazon reporting for any adjustments to book in our inventory system
- Monitor customer returns to Amazon for product disposition and reflect accordingly in our system
- Partner with SDS (Staples Digital Solutions) to automate processes
- Partner with Amazon and tax team to provide inventory by state on a monthly basis
- Suggest process improvement ideas and implement controls to ensure inventory integrity and accuracy

Skills:

2+ years of related accounting experience, including data entry and strong MS Excel
Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize workload

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting
Inventory reconciliation experience
