Humanities Teacher

• Teach in a truly personalized way - one student at a time.

• Keep student records accurate and organized.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees or a teaching credential is a plus.

• Ability and willingness to teach a wide range of courses (English Composition, Literature, Language Arts, World and U.S. History, Government, Economics, Humanities, and Electives), following content standards - curriculum and resources provided.

• Experience working with students, including those with learning differences, neurodiversity, accelerated learning needs, and/or mental health challenges.

• Mentoring experience and a passion for social-emotional learning.

• Outgoing, adaptable, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, student-centered environment.

• Skilled with technology, curious about innovation, and open to learning new tools.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• A growth mindset with the flexibility to pivot and problem-solve as needed.

* Ideal Candidate:

We are seeking a Humanities teacher who has experience working with 4th and 5th grade students and is passionate about building meaningful relationships with learners. Experience in Special Education is a significant plus, as many of our students benefit from individualized learning strategies and personalized support.
