Position Overview:
- Part-time or full-time Physical Therapist position located in Pocahontas, IA
- Full-time benefits starting at 30 hours per week
- The setting will consist of both inpatient and outpatient with some home health within a community based hospital
- Hospital is breaking ground in the Spring of 2027 for a brand new therapy department
- Pay range: $36+/hour , depending on experience
- Sign-on bonus or student loan assistant available
- 2 hours from Sioux City and Des Moines Iowa
- This position may qualify for additional income bonus or student loan repayment through Iowa’s Health Care Professional Incentive Program : -ed/health-care-professional-incentive-program

Physical Therapist Job Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat patients
- Complete documentation
- Plan, market and develop new programs
- Communicate with patients, patients’ families and physicians and staff
- Present in-services to fellow staff therapists
- Assist in the general operation of the department
Physical Therapist Job Requirements:
- Bachelors (B.A., B.S. ), Master’s degree (M.A., M.S. ) or Doctorate (DPT) in Physical Therapy
- Graduate of a certified physical therapy program
- Possess or be eligible for state licensure
