Admissions Registered Nurse
OPTIMAL CARE INC
Optimal Care is seeking an Hospice Admissions Registered Nurse for weekend shifts in the Detroit metro area, including Bingham Farms, MI. The role focuses on admission assessments, education for patients and families, and coordinating care as patients transition to hospice. The RN will work with the Hospice team and other service lines to ensure timely, compassionate care, while documenting and coordinating with physicians, staff, and caregivers.
