Store Manager - Wireless Retail

As one of the largest authorized dealers for Cricket Wireless, {JOB DEPARTMENT} is currently seeking a self-motivated RetailWireless Store Manager to join our team. Those who are sell motivated in sales, customer service, and thrive in a small team environment are encouraged to apply. Job Purpose Hire, coach, train, and manage a small team of employeesthrough the use of daily observation forms, monthly one onone meetings, and on the spot redirect coaching. Achieve monthly sales quota by using cross sellingtechniques for wireless phones, accessories, service plans,and features. Retain customers by provide outstanding customer serviceto new and existing customers in both sales and servicetransactions. Complete operational duties assigned to you accurately andwithin required time frames Perform up to 10 Business to Business sales outreachappointments per week. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Weekend availability required. Monthlybonus opportunities Monthlybonus opportunities. #J-18808-Ljbffr WCRI
