LOCATION: Tillamook, Oregon PRACTICE MODALITY: Private Practice (1-2 Doctors) SCHEDULE: Full time (5 days) COMPENSATION: 140,000-185,000 BENEFITS: • Retirement Plan (401K or SIMPLE IRA) • Health Benefits • PTO • Bonus structure SPECIALTIES: • Primary Care • Pediatrics • Speciality Contact Lens • Dry Eyes / Aesthetics • Ocular Disease PRACTICE OVERVIEW & DETAILS: We are a 2 provider, 2 location practice on the gorgeous North Oregon coast and looking to add another provider. Our practice is rural, but only 90 minutes from Portland. Our ideal candidate has an interest in ownership, wants to grow a specialty (VT, dry eye/ aesthetics, contacts) in our heavy medical office. Pay negotiable with options of a straight % of gross or a base salary with bonus. SOURCING CHANNEL: ODs on Finance (50/50 Direct Placement Split)
