Substance Use Disorder Counselor

Seeking a Substance Use Disorder Counselor to provide individual and group counseling, conduct assessments, screenings, and treatment planning. Responsibilities include case management, coordinating community support services, maintaining clinical documentation, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and community partners to support clients' recovery and stability. The role requires a valid Wisconsin SAC-IT, SAC, or CSAC credential and an associate's degree in a human services or related field, with a bachelor's preferred. Knowledge of addiction, recovery, counseling, and case management principles is essential, and experience with justice-involved populations is a plus. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
