About the Site

Anduril has selected Columbus, Ohio as the location for Arsenal‑1, its first hyperscale manufacturing facility that will accelerate production of autonomous systems and weapons for the United States and its allies.

About the Team

The Launch Team at Arsenal‑1 will set the standard for building the future at our state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing facility in Ashville, OH. Team members will receive three months of training at Anduril HQ in Costa Mesa, CA before returning to Ohio.

About the Role

We are hiring a Production Technician to join our rapidly growing team in Ashville, OH. The role focuses on assembly and integration of mechanical and electrical components in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do

• Follow detailed blueprints, schematics, and instructions to assemble products or systems
• Use hand and power tools to assemble components
• Combine subsystems into a larger, functioning system
• Ensure compatibility and proper communication between integrated components
• Maintain detailed records of assembly processes, test results, and any issues encountered
• Follow safety protocols and procedures in the workplace
• Work overtime and weekend shifts as needed

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing setting (aerospace, electronics, or medical industry preferred) performing mechanical and/or electrical assemblies
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools such as pliers, wrenches, screwdrivers, depth micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, pressure gauges, multimeters, and test equipment
• Proficient computer skills (standard browser, word processing applications)
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and follow assembly instructions
• Ability to adapt to changing roles and responsibilities in a high‑pacing environment
• Effective verbal and written communication with engineering and production teams
• U.S. citizenship required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with aircraft or ground systems fabrication, repair, assembly, and operation (structural fabrication, integration, composites, avionics)
• Mechanical assembly of complex electro‑mechanical assemblies, wire harnesses, test racks, junction boxes, and hand soldering
• Validation and testing of electronic components using multimeters, oscilloscopes, network analyzers, test racks
• Experience with air‑frame construction techniques (rivets, fasteners, nut plates)
• Hands‑on experience with kit, model, or experimental aircraft builds
• Electronic box assembly troubleshooting and issue ticketing
• Running functional checkouts and diagnostics
• Testing and running RF systems
• Loading firmware onto integrated digital systems and running LabView scripts
• Basic understanding of LEAN manufacturing principles
• Assistance with kitting products as needed
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Engineering, Math, Hard Science, Business)
• Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license or similar training
• Forklift certification

Salary and Benefits

Hourly Range:$26–$38USD. The salary range is an estimate and may vary based on experience, education, and other factors. Relocation

This role requires relocation to Costa Mesa for a three‑month training program. Housing, transportation, and related support will be provided during the stay.
