Per Diem Staff Pharmacist - West Chester, Ohio

Job Description

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A specialty pharmacy is seeking a pharmacist to provide expert medication dispensing and patient care services. This per diem position offers a focused schedule and a chance to deliver superior customer service in a dynamic healthcare environment.

8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (8.5 hours)

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately dispense medications prescribed by physicians and other licensed practitioners.
Provide detailed information to patients and healthcare providers regarding proper medication use.
Maintain a high standard of customer service to enhance patient experience.
Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and policies.

Desired Qualifications:

Active Ohio pharmacist license.
Experience in retail or long-term care pharmacy settings preferred.
Strong communication skills and a patient-focused approach.
Ability to verify prescriptions and manage pharmacy operations with precision.
