Litigation Attorney

Position Summary Amundsen Davis is seeking a litigation attorney to join the firm's Milwaukee office. Candidates must be licensed in Wisconsin and have a minimum of 6 years of experience in tort and commercial litigation. Prior litigation experience with conducting discovery, presenting oral arguments, legal research, and brief writing is required; some trial and appellate experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will have solid analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and work well on a team. Key Responsibilities Coordinate discovery processes. Present oral arguments in court. Conduct legal research. Draft and file briefs. Qualifications Licensed in Wisconsin. Minimum 6 years experience in tort and commercial litigation. Experience in discovery, oral arguments, legal research, and brief writing. Prior trial and appellate experience preferred. Strong analytical and communication skills. Team orientation.
