At Tres Chic Salon & Med Spa, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service in
a luxurious, professional environment. We are seeking a friendly, highly organized, and
customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Associate.

Position Details
2040 hours per week
$22$25 per hour, based on experience
Saturday availability required
Key Responsibilities
Greet clients warmly and ensure a positive experience from the moment they arrive
Manage appointments efficiently and accurately, both in person and over the phone
Provide detailed information about our services and products
Process sales transactions and assist with product recommendations
Handle client inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and care
Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming front desk environment
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional organizational abilities with attention to detail
Previous customer service experience required; sales experience is a plus
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays
