Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - PCU

Shift: Nights (1900-0730) - Every other weekend and holidays

Contract Length: 13 weeks - Guaranteed Hours: 36

Requirements:

• Current Illinois Registered Nurse license
• Current CPR/BLS Card
• ACLS Certification

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assess patients to determine mental, physical, and spiritual needs.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate individual plans of care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Provide explanations and instructions to patients and their responsible parties.
• Use clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient conditions.
• Contribute to a healthy workplace environment through effective communication.
• Maintain complete and accurate medical records.
