Interested candidates can reach me at View phone number on click.appcast.io or can mail me at View email address on click.appcast.io Job Description Job Related Experience: Six+ (6+) years of combined experience writing systems using Visual C# and/or VB or Visual C++ Three+ (3+) years experience developing n-tier Internet applications using Microsoft technologies and .Net Framework. Three+ (3+) years developing solutions with Microsoft .Net, including C#, ASP.Net and ADO.Net. Four+ (4+) years developing applications using Microsoft SQL Server as a data repository. Five+ (5+) years with the development or maintenance of object oriented systems. Advanced level knowledge of the Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft's .Net framework, C#, web-based systems and general development techniques. Previous experience with OMT/UML. Development of insurance related systems preferred. Qualifications Skills and Abilities: Strong leadership and/or mentoring skills with the ability to assist in employee engagement. Professional level communication skills including both written and verbal with the ability to effectively speak in a public forum. Ability to analyze information and/or situations and make decisions to resolve problems using experience and professional judgment. Ability to work with frequent and multiple policy, procedure, and regulation changes. Creative problem solving skills with forethought of organizational goals and needs. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while adjusting to and implementing numerous policy and procedural changes. Minimum Education: 4 Year degree in Information Technologies or related field. Equivalent work experience will be considered. Prior development of insurance related systems preferred.
