DutiesMaintains accurate accounting, reporting, and records for non-expendable property; performs routine property management and conducts annual inventories for assigned offices.Tracks motor vehicle and equipment costs, utilization, and service schedules; ensures timely maintenance by regularly reviewing records and notifying users.Purchases routine and specialized supplies, materials, equipment, and services using credit cards and requisitions; supports procurement documentation.Operates a government motor vehicle such as a sedan, van, or pick-up to purchase or pick up supplies and materials or dispose of excess property.Collects, compiles, and maintains operational data, prepares recurring reports, and provides administrative support including travel arrangements, document processing, records management, general office assistance, and collaboration with management.
