Physical Therapist (Float)

8-hour shifts, either 5x8 Days or 4x10, totaling 40 hours per week.

Assignment Details

Guaranteed Hours: 40 Weekly Contract Weeks: 13

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program with a bachelor's, master's, or doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
• Active physical therapy license in Montana
• Basic Life Support Certification
• Certifications including dry needling or pelvic floor therapy preferred
• Ability to perform all physical requirements required to treat patients, including lifting and moving patients

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat patients with injuries or illnesses affecting mobility and function
• Collaborate with a rehabilitation team in a rural healthcare setting
• Travel between facilities as required
• Utilize critical thinking skills to solve problems related to patient care
• Follow written and verbal directions in a healthcare context
• Maintain knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
