Uner Kunde ist ein Custom-Software-Development-Unternehmen mit knapp 30 Mitarbeitern. Das Unternehmen betreibt zwei gleichgewichtige Business-Sparten: Custom Software Development für den deutschen Mittelstand (inklusive Konzernkunden) und Custom Software Development für Blockchain- und Krypto-Unternehmen. Die Vertriebsabteilung konzentriert sich ausschließlich auf die erste Sparte (deutscher Mittelstand). Aufgaben Verantwortung für die Begleitung von Kunden vom First Call bis zur Konzeptionsphase und darüber hinaus Übernahme von qualifizierten Leads, die von den Settern vorbereitet wurden, oder eigenständige Durchführung von First Calls Durchführung von typischerweise 2-3 Calls pro Kunde zur Qualifizierung und Konzeptionierung Begleitung der Konzeptionsphase (5-7 Personentage, 5.500-7.700 Euro) mit Fokus auf Vertrauensaufbau und Problemverständnis Begleitung der ersten Entwicklungsphase (durchschnittlich 60 Personentage über 1-2 Monate) und Aufrechterhaltung von Kundenkontakten zur Vorbereitung der nächsten Phase Partizipation an Umsätzen der akquirierten Kunden im Key-Account-Management-Modell Vor-Ort-Besuche bei Kunden in der Closing- und Projektphase (durchschnittlich 1-2 Trips pro Woche, flexibel je nach Situation) Qualifikation Mid-Level · 5–8 Jahre Berufserfahrung · operativer Vertrieb + Account Management Direkter Kundenkontakt, hands-on, kommunikativ Zuständig für operativen Sales und Account Management Wird am persönlichen Umsatz gemessen Closing-Mentality + langfristige Beziehungspflege Kein reiner Hunter — Hybrid aus Closer und Relationship Manager Persönlichkeit: Sales-Personality — outgoing, kommunikativ, nicht zu analytisch.
