BARTENDER As a Bartender for Traditions Hospitality Group, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a variety of beverages to our guests while providing exceptional service. Your bartending skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and friendly demeanor will contribute to the overall experience for our guests. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with speed and accuracy.
Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, taking orders and offering recommendations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including bar tops, utensils, and equipment.
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, following established procedures.
Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed during shifts.
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe working environment. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Must be at least 21 years old.
Must be able to obtain an ABLE Liquor License.
Must be able to obtain a Gaming License.
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume bar environment preferred.
Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Must be able to wear a costumed uniform.
Must be able to work in a smoky environment. WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT: Stand, walk, and work in a high-volume environment for extended periods.
Lift and carry moderate to heavy objects, including cases of beverages and kegs.
Moderate to high noise levels.
