Adecco is currently assisting a local property management firm in Durham, NH with hiring a Part-Time Property Operations & Marketing Coordinator. This is a year-round, part-time opportunity offering approximately 20 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours during peak periods. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative work, resident interaction, marketing, leasing support, and creative projects. Job Title Part-time Property Operations & Marketing Coordinator Location Durham, NH Hours Part time schedule, approximately 20 hours per week, hours scheduled between 9:00AM – 5:00PM Pay Range $20 - $25 per hour Responsibilities Include Property Operations & Administration Communicate professionally with residents, vendors, and prospective residents Maintain property records and update CRM systems Assist with invoicing, payments, data entry, and general administrative tasks Complete occasional local errands, with mileage reimbursement provided Help maintain organized and presentable common areas Leasing & Resident Support Conduct property and apartment tours during leasing season Respond to prospective resident inquiries Assist with leasing-related administrative tasks Help create a welcoming and positive resident experience Marketing & Community Engagement Assist with social media and marketing campaigns Create basic graphics, promotional materials, and videos using Canva Develop ideas for resident engagement and property promotions Build relationships with local businesses and community partners Assist with planning and hosting resident events Help manage the property's snack and beverage area Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Professional, dependable, and friendly communication style Comfortable using technology, social media, and online systems Strong written and verbal communication skills Interest in marketing, social media, or creative projects Ability to work independently and collaboratively Adaptable, curious, and eager to learn Preferred Experience Property management or CRM software Customer service, hospitality, or event planning Canva or social media content creation Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT Pay Details $20.00 to $25.00 per hour Benefits medical dental vision life insurance short-term disability additional voluntary benefits EAP program commuter benefits 401K plan paid leave including Paid Sick Leave or any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law, as well as Holiday pay where applicable.
