Packaging Operator - Days

Packaging Operator Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Packaging Associate workers for a food production facility in Elk River, MN. In this role, youll help maintain product quality, keep materials properly handled and frozen, and support smooth production-line operations. Properly handle packages, rework, WIP, and frozen Pack pops with speed and accuracy Communicate effectively and ask questions when needed Report any mistakes found, regardless of who made them Verify correct packing materials throughout the shift Complete all required paperwork accurately Follow all safety protocols, GMPs, and SOPs Maintain a clean, organized work area and collaborate with the production team Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager Strong understanding of food safety, sources of potential harm, and proper PPE use Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and good communication Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S. Ability to perform physical requirements with or without accommodations Entry-level candidates welcome!
