Can you turn complex prints into flawless weldments?

Do you bring 5+ years of TIG/MIG fabrication experience? Can you read blueprints, apply GD&T, and lay out parts with confidence? Are you reliable, punctual, and ready to jump into overtime when a deadline appears? Do you own your basic tools and take pride in passing any weld test put in front of you? If you’re nodding yes, this role is for you.

• Long-term, permanent position with full benefits
• Earn $25.00–$30.00 per hour , or more based on experience

• Translate blueprints and GD&T into accurate layouts and fit-ups
• Perform high-quality TIG and MIG welds; tack, assemble, and finish
• Apply basic shop math to verify dimensions and tolerances
• Use manual grinders for prep and post-weld finishing
• Adapt to job needs with stick or flux-cored arc welding as required
• Problem-solve fabrication issues and keep projects on schedule

• Minimum 5 years of recent fabrication TIG/MIG welding experience
• Ability to read blueprints
• Basic shop math skills
• Strong layout fabrication experience
• Proven record of predictable and punctual attendance
• Must have own basic tools
• Pass a TIG/MIG welding test
• Willingness to work overtime on short notice
