Compensation 

• Hourly Base : $16.90 to $35.00* depending on experience and performance.


• Uncapped Commissions : Based on your closed sales – the more you sell, the more you earn. 


• Bonuses : Retention and annual bonuses based on personal or team performance. 


• Typical earnings : Experienced consultants average $3,800–$7,000/month. 

What You’ll Do  

• Build lasting relationships with customers and help them find the right vehicle for their needs. 


• Use a consultative sales approach, ask questions, listen well, and provide smart solutions. 


• Stay up to date on inventory, features, and financing options. 


• Provide high-quality vehicle demonstrations and walkarounds. 


• Follow up with prospects and past customers to drive repeat and referral business. 


• Collaborate with managers and teammates to hit store goals. 

What We’re Looking For

• Some prior automotive sales experience is strongly preferred.  


• Great energy, positive attitude, and a drive to learn and improve. 


• Excellent communication and people skills.


• A polished, professional appearance. 


• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends. 


• Valid driver’s license and insurability by employer’s carrier.

*The Salesperson - Retail Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $16.90 and $35.00 The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance. The position may also pay a retention bonus and/or a annual bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any xed upper limit.
