Respiratory Therapist And Nurse PositionWe are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist and Nurses to join our Respiratory Therapy Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing respiratory care to residents in a long term care setting, with a focus on pediatrics and young adults. This position will be at Especially Kidz in Shelbyville, Indiana.Previous ventilator and Tracheostomy experience is a plus, but NOT required. We are happy to train you on site!- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans- Administer and documentation of respiratory treatments as prescribed by physicians- Monitor and record vital signs, such as oxygen saturation levels and heart rate- Educate patients and their families on respiratory care techniques and disease management- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive resident care- Respond to emergency situations and provide basic life support as neededRequirements: - Certified RRT, CRT, RCP or LPN - Current Indiana Respiratory Therapist license preferred - Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology - Basic life support certification requiredRespiratory Therapy Students are welcome to apply!Benefits: - Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications - Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance - Continuing education opportunities for professional developmentThis position is for a Full Time or Part Time position with rotating weekends.
