Minimum Requirements:

• Associate's degree in physical therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Texas PTA license required to start the position.
• Minimum 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience.
• BLS certification required from AHA or ARC.
• Experience with WebPT charting system preferred.
• Willingness to follow client appearance policy: scrubs in any solid color; no facial piercings or tongue rings.
• Required vaccinations: Hepatitis B, MMR, Varicella, Tdap, and annual influenza.
