Community Marketing Liaison

Compensation

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking an energetic, relationship-focused Community Marketing Liaison to expand our community presence and develop referral partnerships.

This is a field-based position focused on building relationships with healthcare professionals, senior living communities, and other organizations that serve older adults and their families. You'll work closely with agency leadership to help grow our referral network while connecting families with compassionate, non-medical in-home care.

• Build and maintain relationships with referral partners.

• Visit healthcare providers and senior care communities.

• Schedule meetings and presentations with community partners.

• Represent SYNERGY HomeCare at networking events and outreach opportunities.

• Follow up consistently with referral sources.

• Track activities and opportunities in our CRM.

• Collaborate with leadership on marketing and growth initiatives.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Comfortable networking and meeting new people every day.

• Organized with strong follow-up skills.

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Experience in home care, home health, hospice, senior living, healthcare marketing, business development, or community outreach is preferred but not required.
