Customer Service Officer

Location : Trifecta (Somerset), Singapore Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time Salary: Commensurate with the employment arrangement and agreed working hours. The Role As a Customer Service Officer at REVA Social Wellness , you’ll be the heartbeat of our space — ensuring our facilities are spotless, our guests are welcomed warmly, and everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Whether you’re handing someone a fresh towel, checking the sauna temperature, or simply offering a friendly smile, your work directly impacts our guests’ well-being and comfort. Guest Experience & Front Desk Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in. Resolve basic concerns, escalating more complex issues to the manager. Facility monitoring & Operations Maintain cleanliness of location, ensure all areas are guest-ready at all times. Monitor and clean water features, ensuring proper hygiene, temperature, and presentation. Report malfunctions or safety concerns promptly. Assist with minor upkeep tasks as directed. Oversee towel circulation: distribution, collection, and laundry coordination. What we’re looking for Friendly, responsible, and eager to create positive energy. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of cleanliness and presentation. Team player who communicates clearly and respectfully. Comfortable with basic tech. Able to perform light physical tasks. Prior experience in customer service, wellness, or hospitality is a plus. This position is available on either a full-time or part-time basis.
