Junior Sales Representative

Role and Responsibilities As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving Lead Generation and filling the top of the pipeline. You will: Contact prospects by phone, email, etc. Generate interest and book the initial sales meeting. Qualify prospects or disqualify prospects accordingly. Develop a strong understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their value to potential customers. Collaborate closely with Sales Representatives to ensure a smooth transition of leads. Update and manage lead information in the CRM system accurately. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will possess: Excellent skills in communication, goal tracking, and collaboration. Some previous experience cold calling and/or driving lead generation. A persistent work ethic to achieve targets. A Personal curiosity about technological topics. An understanding of buyer personas and basic sales principles is preferred. Eagerness to learn quickly both independently and with a team to grow within the sales field. Success in this role requires: A high degree of self-discipline, time management, and independence. The ability to work effectively without direct supervision, maintaining a structured daily schedule. Staying focused on goals and deadlines while adapting to changing priorities. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in tools like Microsoft Teams and CRMs. Regular participation in team meetings and ongoing engagement with colleagues.
