Key Skills and Competencies Deep understanding of Texas educational standards for bilingual and English learner programs. Strong coaching and mentoring abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual proficiency. Proficiency in data analysis tools. Familiarity with educational technology platforms. Innovative problem‑solving mindset.
