What the job actually involves Talking to customers online, on the phone and in person Taking the time to understand what customers actually need – not just what they ask for Being empathetic and helpful, especially when customers are making big financial decisions Helping customers choose the right vehicle, finance and options to suit their lifestyle and budget Managing your enquiries properly and keeping in touch with customers until they are ready to buy Taking ownership of your customers and making the whole process easy and enjoyable for them Following a clear sales process that is designed to help you succeed What you’ll get £50,000 OTE with uncapped commission Company car (including electric options with great tax benefits) A steady flow of customers and fresh stock Training, support and a clear way of working Flexibility across your week, the role requires some late nights and Saturdays, but we want to work in a way that suits your lifestyle A genuine chance to build a long‑term career for ambitious individuals What matters You’re good with people and easy to deal with, you enjoy looking after our customers and stay organised and you are hard working.
