You'll meet with homeowners from our existing customer base , understand their needs, and recommend plumbing solutions that improve their homes. No hard sales closing or prior plumbing experience required! That's exactly what our training is for.

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Comfortable recommending solutions to homeowners

• Motivated to learn a new trade and develop sales skills

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Ability to safely handle physical tasks, including lifting and carrying items weighing up to 40 lbs

What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners during scheduled appointments

• Inspect plumbing systems and identify opportunities to improve or replace outdated equipment

• Educate customers on available plumbing solutions

• Present options that fit the customer's needs and budget

• Build trust and guide homeowners through the buying process

• Work closely with our operations and installation teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience
