Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Entry Level Engineer to join our engineering team and support manufacturing, equipment, validation, quality, and continuous improvement activities in a regulated production environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent engineering graduate or early-career professional looking to develop hands‑on experience with pharmaceutical manufacturing systems, equipment, processes, and engineering projects. The Entry‑Level Engineer will work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, Maintenance, Automation, and cross-functional teams to support equipment installations, commissioning, troubleshooting, documentation, process improvements, and project execution. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. 0-2 years of engineering, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or industrial experience. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, equipment documentation, specifications, and technical procedures. Good written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Preferred Qualifications Internship, co‑op, or project experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, manufacturing, automation, or industrial environments. Exposure to GMP/cGMP, FDA regulations, validation, CQV, quality systems, or regulated manufacturing. Familiarity with FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, PQ, commissioning, equipment qualification, or validation documentation. Experience with AutoCAD, PLC/SCADA, instrumentation, CMMS, SAP, or other engineering/maintenance systems. Basic understanding of preventive maintenance, reliability, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement. Experience working with manufacturing equipment, process systems, utilities, or automated equipment.
