As an Industrial Maintenance Technician , you’ll ensure production equipment operates safely and efficiently:

• Repair and maintain production and plant equipment
• Perform equipment and line changeovers to support production needs
• Complete scheduled preventive maintenance tasks
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues during production
• Work collaboratively with team members to identify solutions, share knowledge, and improve processes

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1–2 years of related experience in maintenance, machine operation, or manufacturing
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical documents, procedures, and regulations
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude with the ability to apply electrical and mechanical principles in real-world situations
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including documentation and reporting
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

• Experience working with high-speed packaging, processing, or manufacturing equipment

• Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to problem-solving
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure while maintaining professionalism and respect
• Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to learn
