This is more than just driving. In this role, you'll help move essential agricultural products, operate equipment, and support day-to-day operations that keep farms running during the season. If you enjoy variety, working outdoors, and being part of a fast-paced team, this could be a great fit.

What You'll Be Doing

• Safely operate CDL trucks and other equipment
• Transport agronomy products between branches and customer locations
• Load and unload inventory efficiently and safely
• Operate forklifts and skid loaders as needed
• Assist with general maintenance of trucks and equipment
• Help maintain a clean, organized facility, shop, and grounds
• Support the team with various operational tasks during peak season

What We're Looking For

• Agriculture or farming experience is a strong plus
• Valid Class A or B CDL (Hazmat endorsement preferred)
• Comfortable operating manual transmission vehicles
• Experience with forklifts, skid loaders, or similar equipment
• Basic mechanical knowledge
• Ability to work safely, follow procedures, and communicate well with the team
• Someone who can adapt, stay organized, and handle multiple tasks

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 60+ lbs
• Ability to sit, bend, reach, and work outdoors
• Must pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen
