The Role: Professional Response & Recovery

As a Rollback Specialist, your mission includes:

• Exceptional Service:Providing professional, courteous, and high-level customer service in high-stress situations.
• Technical Execution:Safely loading, securing, and transporting vehicles using our state-of-the-art equipment.
• Reliability:Maintaining a dependable presence on a rotating 24/7 schedule to ensure our community is never left stranded.
• Precision Documentation:Completing call logs and digital dispatch requirements with accuracy.

Who Were Looking For

We aren't looking for "tow truck drivers." We are looking forProfessionalswho:

• Are Experienced:Must have at least1 year of experiencedriving a rollback or wrecker with aF Endorsement.
• Are Qualified:Must be at least23 years of age.
• Maintain High Standards:Must have a clean driving record, a clean criminal background, and the ability to pass a drug screening.
• Are Driven:You want to maximize your income through efficiency and a strong work ethic.
