Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (37.5 hours/week) About the Role We are currently seeking a professional and patient-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join a busy medical office in Lake Success, NY. This role is essential in supporting daily operations and ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience for patients. You'll be joining a collaborative and supportive team environment while helping provide high-quality care and service. Key Responsibilities

You'll be joining a collaborative and supportive team environment while helping provide high-quality care and service. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in/check out patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Collect copays and verify patient information
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Update patient records in the system
- Support front desk operations and maintain organized workflows
- 1-3 years of front desk, administrative, or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous healthcare or medical office experience
- Familiarity with EMR systems (Epic is a plus)
- Consistent weekday schedule - no weekends
