About the Role

We are currently seeking a professional and patient-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join a busy medical office in Lake Success, NY. This role is essential in supporting daily operations and ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience for patients.

You'll be joining a collaborative and supportive team environment while helping provide high-quality care and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check in/check out patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Collect copays and verify patient information
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries
• Update patient records in the system
• Support front desk operations and maintain organized workflows

Qualifications

Required:

• 1-3 years of front desk, administrative, or customer service experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• Previous healthcare or medical office experience
• Familiarity with EMR systems (Epic is a plus)
