Industrial Medical Provider Advanced - PRNWe are seeking a PRN Industrial Medical Provider Advanced (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to deliver high-quality occupational and industrial medical services across multiple onsite employer locations in southeastern Wisconsin. This flexible, as-needed role is ideal for a provider who values autonomy, variety in their schedule, and the opportunity to work within employer-based clinic environments.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide evaluation, treatment, and follow-up care for work-related injuries and illnessesConduct routine occupational health services, which may include physicals, screenings, wellness checks, and return-to-work evaluationsPerform point-of-care testing and basic diagnostic proceduresDocument all patient encounters accurately within designated EMR systemsCollaborate with onsite teams, safety managers, and remote medical directors (when applicable)Maintain compliance with state and federal occupational health standardsTravel to assigned employer locations as neededSchedule & CoveragePRN | As NeededHours are not guaranteedCoverage opportunities may include hours between 4am -12amLocations may include: Milwaukee, Menomonee Falls, Cudahy, Oconomowoc, Wauwatosa, Brookfield, West Bend, Jefferson, and New Berlin, WisconsinQualificationsActive Wisconsin license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) (required)Certification through an accredited body (AANP, ANCC, NCCPA)BLS Certification (required)Experience in occupational health, urgent care, emergency medicine, family practice, or similar setting preferredAbility to work independently with strong clinical judgmentReliable transportation to travel between work sitesSkills & CompetenciesExcellent communication and patient education skillsConfidence in autonomous practiceStrong assessment, critical thinking, and documentation abilitiesProfessionalism and adaptability in diverse workplace environmentsWhat We OfferCompetitive PRN hourly ratesFlexible schedulingOpportunities to support a variety of manufacturing warehouses and facilitiesA collaborative team environment focused on employee health and workplace safety
