Facilities Engineer
We're hiring an experienced Facilities Engineer to support the daily maintenance and operation of a busy facility. This is a hands-on position for someone who is comfortable troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining building systems and equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative and general facility maintenance
- Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Complete maintenance and repair requests
- Inspect building systems and equipment
- Identify and address maintenance or safety concerns
- Perform minor repairs to fixtures, doors, equipment, and building components
- Respond quickly to urgent maintenance needs
- Maintain a safe, clean, and properly functioning facility
- Document completed maintenance and repairs
Requirements:
- Previous facilities engineering or building maintenance experience required
- Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repairs
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Preventative maintenance experience
- Able to work independently and prioritize work orders
- Professional, dependable, and safety-focused
- Flexible availability as needed
- Able to perform the physical requirements of a facilities maintenance position
