Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team in a state-of-the-art rehabilitation hospital. The RN will provide specialized care and support to patients on their recovery journey from various injuries and illnesses. Our focus is on maximizing health, function, and quality of life through comprehensive rehabilitation programs.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient care activities utilizing Cerner.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide individualized care plans.
• Assist patients with daily living activities and rehabilitation exercises.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on health management and recovery processes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience; no new graduates are accepted.
• Experience with Cerner electronic health records.
