About the Role Join Rate as an in‑house Mortgage Loan Originator supporting top‑performing real estate offices across North New Jersey . This is an opportunity to grow your business through established real estate partnerships instead of relying solely on self‑generated leads. What You'll Do Serve as the preferred in‑house lending partner for assigned real estate offices Build strong relationships with agents, buyers, and referral partners Attend office meetings, networking events, and educational sessions Leverage Rate 's marketing, technology, and operational support to grow your pipeline What We're Looking For Active NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator license Residential mortgage lending experience preferred Existing North New Jersey real estate relationships are a plus Strong communication and relationship‑building skills Self‑motivated with a referral‑focused mindset Why Rate ?
