Join Pinnacle Collective’s Zillow Lead Team

Pinnacle Collective is hiring motivated real estate agents to work Zillow and warm transfer opportunities across the greater Milwaukee market.

Led by Marissa Canario, Pinnacle Collective is built for agents who want a more hands-on, coaching-focused team environment with strong lead support, structured onboarding, and the ability to grow inside a modern real estate platform.

This role is ideal for agents who want access to serious lead sources, ISA support, and the training needed to convert more buyer and seller conversations.

Pinnacle Collective provides agents with access to multiple lead channels, including:

1. Zillow
2. Zillow Showcase
3. Realtor.com
4. Realtor.com Market VIP
5. EZ Home Search
6. YLOPO
7. HomeLight
8. Pay Per Click
9. Team leader referrals

The team’s ISAs work a high volume of inbound leads each month, helping move prospects from top of funnel to bottom of funnel before handing them off to agents.

Agents can expect approximately 20+ warm transfer leads per month.

Pinnacle Collective serves key Wisconsin markets, including:

1. Milwaukee
2. Brookfield
3. New Berlin
4. Milwaukee County
5. Waukesha County
6. Washington County
7. Ozaukee County
8. Jefferson County

New agents receive a full day of onboarding covering Pinnacle Collective’s systems, tools, tips, and best practices.

Newer agents also participate in the seven-week Sales Rocket training program, along with a welcome call and additional coaching support.

Ongoing development includes:

1. Weekly team meetings
2. Weekly group coaching for new agents
3. Bi-weekly one-on-one coaching for experienced agents
4. Special coaching sessions
5. Access to Glover U events

Pinnacle Collective gives agents access to the support and tools needed to stay organized and productive, including:
