Base Rate: $0.725 - $0.75 per Mile (Top Solo W2 Mileage Rate)
Schedule: Dedicated Night Loop | 386 Miles/Night | 8:00 PM Start | 5-Day Work Week (Full-Time or Steady Part-Time Open)
Requirements: CDL-A with Mandatory Doubles/Triples (T) Endorsement
About the Role and Pay
Join Surge Logistics Inc as a Dedicated CDL Night Linehaul Driver out of Springfield, MA (Chicopee Dispatch Terminal). We maximize our W2 base mileage rate to put the highest possible revenue directly onto your weekly paycheck instead of corporate fluff:

• Top W2 Base Pay Range: $0.725 - $0.75 per Mile
  • Standard Corporate Fleet: $0.65 per Mile
  • The Surge Advantage: You earn an extra $29 to $39 MORE straight gross pay every single night.
• Estimated Weekly Target Gross: $1,399 - $1,448+ a week (Based on 5 nights)
• Estimated Annual Target Gross: $72,761 - $75,270+ a year

SAFETY AND MOTIVE COMPLIANCE

• Strict Monitoring: Our late-model fleet is fully integrated with the standard Motive platform to meet network compliance criteria. Speed metrics, safety events, and ELD logs are actively monitored to protect driver CDLs and maintain our high safety score.
• Regulatory Compliance: Absolute zero-tolerance policy for reckless driving, speeding, hours-of-service (HOS) violations, or safety bypasses. Meticulous daily pre-trip and post-trip equipment safety inspections are mandatory.

Rigid Candidate Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL with Doubles/Triples (T Endorsement) printed on physical license (verified prior to scheduling).
• Active, unexpired DOT Medical Card.
• 1-3 years of verifiable commercial tractor-trailer experience with a clean 3-year MVR record.
• In accordance with FMCSA regulation 49 CFR Section 391.11(b)(2), candidates must be fully proficient in the English language to converse with dispatch, understand highway signs, and complete logs.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive pre-employment drug screen.

Note: Recent FedEx Linehaul drivers qualify for immediate document onboarding. All other tractor-trailer backgrounds must complete an in-person company road evaluation as part of our standard onboarding training framework.
