Business Intelligence AnalystPosition at JBS USAPurpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst for JBS Beef USA that reports onsite to the corporate office in Greeley, Colorado.Responsibilities:Provide accurate, timely, and insightful information and analytics to the business utilizing Business Intelligence solutions.Develop and manage dashboards utilizing Qlik platform to provide solutions to problem statements established by the business.Present technical data to a non-technical audience and be able to provide insights on data to business leaders.Communicate directly with JBS Beef USA business leadership to scope problem statements, provide estimated timelines for solution builds and routine updates throughout project build.Identify the development needs for the purpose of streamlining and improving the operations of the organization for efficiency and profitability.Leverage AI-powered tools such as Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and other AI solutions to improve analysis efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, and accelerate reporting development.Collaborate with JBS IT while designing new reporting solutions, automating current reporting solutions or trouble shooting report issuesOther duties as assignedQualifications:Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Analytics, Agribusiness, MIS, Computer Science or relevant field1 year of experience in relevant roleMust have development experience in QlikView, Qlik Sense, or relevant business intelligence softwareIntermediate to advanced skills in Excel requiredMeat industry experience is preferredStrong communication and presenting skills requiredExperience deriving insights and trends from a data setExceptional analytical and problem solving skillsCan perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodationAs a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations.
