Rehab Office Coordinator

Hamilton Memorial Hospital District has an immediate need for a full-time Office Coordinator in the Rehab department. At HMHD our mission is to enhance the delivery of healthcare to our community and the surrounding area by providing accessible quality healthcare services. The Rehab Office Coordinator supports daily administrative operations of the Rehabilitation Department to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care. This role manages scheduling, insurance authorizations, billing preparation, payroll support, and patient records while working closely with rehab staff and leadership.
